SBTC (Skill Based Training Courses) by ANERA
WPA’s vocational training programs give young men and women the opportunity to learn skills that will bring them closer to achieving economic independence.
Programs include sewing, hairdressing, secretary training, photography, hospitality, cooking, and computer and mobile maintenance.
The GOAL Program (Right to Play)
In early 2017, the GOAL program was established. It is a three-year program that targets women and men above the ages of 15 who are in and outside of school, through games to make them professionally adept. Participants get the opportunity to explore different career paths tangibly, and are given information sessions on job opportunities. The program has benefitted over 60 participants so far.
